Broccoli Corn bake

Ingredients:

1 Can 16oz cream corn

1  (10oz) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed

1/2 cup crushed saltine crackers 

1 egg, beaten

1 Tablespoon dried minced onion

Dash of pepper

2 Tablespoons butter, melted

Directions:

In a bowl, combine the corn, broccoli, 1/4 cup of saltines, egg, onion, and pepper.

Place in greased 1-1/2 qt. baking dish. Combine the butter and remaining saltines;

sprinkle over top. Cover and bake at 350* for 45 min. Yield: 6 servings
